Do you have a passion for sustainable freshwater and coastal resources management?  An exciting opportunity exists to join the Environmental and Science Services Team in the sustainable management of Water and Coastal Resources.

This role will undertake advocacy, education and implementation of rules in the fields of freshwater and coastal water quality management, gravel and sand resource management, wetlands and stream health.

You will need a relevant degree and two years of work experience in sustainable water resource management, coastal resource management, water quality or a related field.

You must have excellent communication skills and have a good ability to build relationships with tangata whenua, farmers, foresters and communities.
