Avian Wildlife first aid courses
A comprehensive one day course on first aid for birds run by Massey University Wildlife Vets developed in consultation with DOC.

This course is very useful for anybody who works with, or may encounter birds during their work.

It provides the basic skills to safely deal with a sick or injured bird, to make a field assessment, and stabilise the bird for further treatment if required.
