The Christchurch City Regional Parks team has highly skilled and experienced staff who are responsible for providing a customer-centric approach to delivering quality parks and services. This includes environmental protection, recreation, education, maintenance and responding to emergencies such as rural fire.

This Team Leader Regional Parks role has been established to provide leadership and direction for biodiversity programmes in the Port Hills/Banks Peninsula Ranger team. This is a real opportunity to improve our planning, programming and delivery work. We want you to assist project managers and Area Head Rangers to make sure that operational and capital projects are well planned and delivered, and that field staff are supported and workloads are managed.

We are looking for good communicators, driven and dynamic leaders, to provide direction to teams in achieving and delivering service excellence.
